We bought a Roca shower tray at a very good price. Juan was excellent to deal with, answering all our questions. Unfortunately, the drain grate arrived incorrectly; it didn't match the tray. We contacted Juan, and within two days, they sent us the correct part. Problems can always arise; the important thing is to resolve them, and in this case, the solution was quick and efficient. We would definitely buy from them again.

Despite being over 500 kilometers from my home, the service was excellent, both by phone and WhatsApp, from the moment I started contacting them until after I received the product. The prices were unbeatable... damn! It sounds like I was paid to write this review... hahaha, but no! We saved approximately €300 compared to the same product in another store where it cost around €700.

In my case, I ordered two shower trays, which are quite difficult to find in Roca models, which is their main product line.
